Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or otherwise using the l6665 platform available at l6665.app (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and l6665 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings — whether written or oral — relating to the same subject matter. The section headings used throughout this document are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of the provisions they head.

l6665 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended provisions. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. The effective date shown at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the l6665 Platform is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. l6665 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy towards underage gambling.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual in a personal capacity and not on behalf of any commercial entity.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of l6665 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment partners — nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gambling activities under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by l6665 or any recognised gambling self-exclusion scheme.

l6665 may at any time request documentary proof of age and identity from any Player. Accepted documents include government-issued national identity cards (NID), passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified in the verification request will result in account suspension pending completion of verification, and any associated funds may be withheld until the verification process is concluded.

If l6665 discovers or reasonably suspects that a Player is under the age of 18 — at any point during or after registration — the account will be permanently closed, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and any winnings accrued during the period of underage use will be forfeited in full. Deposits made during underage use may be returned at l6665's sole discretion after investigation.

3. Account Registration

To place bets or access real-money casino games on l6665, you must first create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and a valid mobile number registered to your bKash, Nagad, or other payment method account.

You are permitted to hold one (1) account only. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, device identifiers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, l6665 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, cancel any pending withdrawals, and void all associated bonus credits and winnings without prior notice.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. l6665 will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify l6665 immediately via the in-platform live chat or by emailing [email protected]. l6665 will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

l6665 implements Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations and to protect the integrity of the Platform. You may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and payment method verification at any point. KYC requests must be responded to within 14 days. Accounts undergoing KYC review may have withdrawals temporarily suspended until the review is completed satisfactorily.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

l6665 supports deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions are processed in BDT with no hidden currency conversion fees applied by l6665.

Deposits

• Minimum single deposit: ৳100
• Deposits are credited to your l6665 wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• l6665 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name.
• l6665 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if fraud or money-laundering risk is identified.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method previously used for a successful deposit on the same account.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before 10 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on business days are typically processed the same day.
• l6665 may delay or suspend withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any ongoing KYC or fraud investigation.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal eligibility is granted. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.
• l6665 reserves the right to apply a withdrawal limit per transaction or per rolling 24-hour period. Current limits are published on the cashier page within the Platform.

5. Betting & Casino Rules

All bets placed and casino games played on l6665 are governed by specific product rules available within the Platform alongside each betting market or game. The following general rules apply across all products:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the Platform. l6665 will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of Player error in stake entry or market selection.
• In the event of a technical fault that causes incorrect odds, game malfunctions, or any Platform error, l6665 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to Player wallets.
• Live in-play cricket bets on BPL, IPL, and international matches are accepted up to the market suspension point set by the l6665 trading team. Bets placed after a market is suspended will be automatically rejected by the system.
• Winnings from casino games are credited to the Player's wallet immediately upon game round completion. Disputed game outcomes must be reported to support within 72 hours of the game round in question.
• The use of automated betting scripts, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any third-party software to interact with the Platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated winnings.
• Collusion between Players to manipulate bet outcomes, share account access for coordinated wagering, or exploit market inefficiencies is prohibited and may result in permanent account closure and legal referral.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

l6665 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed full account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new Players on their first qualifying deposit only. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated clearly on the promotion's detail page.
• Minimum odds restrictions may apply to bets placed while a bonus is active. Bets placed at odds below the minimum threshold will not contribute to wagering requirement completion.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated validity period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited automatically.
• l6665 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Where an offer is withdrawn mid-participation, any wagering already completed towards the requirement will be credited proportionally.
• Attempts to abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts, coordinated play with other accounts, or systematic exploitation of low-risk betting strategies to clear wagering requirements — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of derived winnings, and possible account suspension.

7. User Obligations

As a registered Player on l6665, you agree to the following obligations at all times during your use of the Platform:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and at any subsequent point when requested by l6665.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party under any circumstances.
• Use the Platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Commercial use, resale, or systematic data extraction from the Platform is prohibited.
• Not attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including its servers, databases, APIs, or source code.
• Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction regarding online gambling. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of l6665 is lawful under the laws applicable to you.
• Notify l6665 immediately if you become aware of any security vulnerability, Platform error, or suspected fraudulent activity on your account or any other account.
• Gamble responsibly. If you believe your gambling is becoming harmful, utilise the self-exclusion and deposit limit tools available in your account settings or contact support immediately.

8. Intellectual Property

All content published on the l6665 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of l6665 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, translate, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without l6665's prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe remains the intellectual property of the respective studios and is subject to each studio's individual licence terms. l6665 does not grant any rights to third-party game content beyond those necessary for you to participate in the relevant game.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, l6665 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of — or inability to use — the Platform. This includes without limitation:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling decisions made on the Platform;
• Interruption or inaccessibility of the Platform due to technical maintenance, third-party outages, or unforeseen infrastructure failures;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any reliance placed on information, odds, or statistical data displayed on the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit l6665's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud arising from its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

10. Account Suspension & Termination

l6665 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account — with or without prior notice — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply:

• The Player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• The Player is under 18 years of age;
• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or money-laundering-related activity is detected on the account;
• The account is used by an employee or affiliate of l6665 in violation of internal conflict-of-interest policies;
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request requires the account to be restricted.

Upon permanent account closure, l6665 will return any verified real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to active bonus wagering requirements) to the Player via the most recent verified payment method on the account, subject to the completion of any outstanding fraud or KYC review. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play are non-refundable upon account closure resulting from a Terms violation.

11. Amendments to Terms

l6665 may revise these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, l6665 will use reasonable efforts to notify affected Players via in-platform notification or email to the address registered on the account. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections, formatting updates, or clarificatory edits that do not affect Player rights) may be made without individual notification.

The revised Terms will take effect from the date shown in the "Effective Date" field at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as described in Section 10.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them — including any question regarding their existence, validity, formation, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which l6665 operates.

In the first instance, all disputes should be directed to the l6665 customer support team via in-platform live chat or at [email protected]. l6665 commits to investigating and responding to all formal complaints within 14 business days of receipt.

l6665 aims to resolve all disputes amicably and in good faith. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, either party may seek resolution through appropriate legal or alternative dispute resolution mechanisms available in the applicable jurisdiction.
